What is a good tablet to get?

well i am debating whether or not to get the nook or a tablet, i want to play games and i can read hard copy book so i don't really need an e reader but it would help with traveling. What is a good tablet? Please put the name, where to get it, the price and if there is an app for an e reader. thanks
