How to connect nook to wi-fi?

I had a nook wifi but switched for a nook color,,iam answering your qustion tru one...in thw wireless area that appears in your screen,,you will see a long list of wireless signals show up,,next to some of these you will see a password required...sadly there is no way to access these wireless ones unless the owner of the router gives you his password to access his wireless signal...good luck on that if you can find the owner of the wifi signal........you can go to mcdonalds or some otjer places that have free wifi........i,am using a free wifi without password that the people provide where i live...you can say in resume i,am paying for it with my monthly apartmet bill..lololol.
